I had a nasty fall from a flight of 7 concrete stairs coming down from the Greenhills Mansions Club House in Quezon City where my husband and I just attended a dinner fellowship rendered by our Rotary Club President. It was the first joint meeting of Rotarian husbands and Anns held on the evening of August 11, 2004 .

Thank God, I hit my right knee first somewhere in the middle of the stairs before I finally landed on the right side of my face, the impact so hard that I actually saw light or electrical particles lighting up due to the friction caused by the impact. My first thought was for someone to get me a bag of cube ice. Unfortunately, all the ice was consumed during the party.

My husband and I were the last to leave. Bobby, the Club president, and Gerry, my husband, did not hesitate one moment and brought me to a nearby hospital where I was x-rayed 5 times to check for fractures. My nose was bleeding and blood was also coming out of my mouth and I feared that my cheek bone which received the impact was broken.

I have been using Pine Needle soap twice a day for washing my face and taking the Pine Needle capsules once a day since the package which my husband ordered arrived on July 27.  So on the 11 th of August, I was on my 16th day as a Pine Needle user.

My immediate thought while in the Emergency Unit of the hospital was that this could be a real test of the efficacy of the Pine Needle products. First of all, though I had a huge bump the size of a baseball on my knee and a bump the size of an egg on my left brow and my left wrist, the worst that I suffered was hematoma. I had bruises all over me, which the hospital staff didn't bother to dress because their concern was the possible fractures considering that I'm 61 years old (though I don't look it). Surprisingly, though, my skin was intact, no open wounds which needed stitching. Thank God !

My x-rays proved negative. Though it was suggested that I spend overnight at the hospital for observation, I declined because a theory was forming in my mind. If it's true that Pine Needle oil and soap have restorative properties, then both could help in the fast healing of my bumps and bruises.

Since no drug store was open when we motored home - there was a prescription for pain relievers which could not be served at 3:30 A.M. on the way home - I immediately washed my bruised face and arms and knee with Pine Needle soap. I kept doing it daily - once when I wake up in the morning and once before going to bed - on top of the cold compresses on the swollen parts of my face and knee.

In less than 24 hours, all swelling disappeared. In 3 days time, the scabs on my bruises started to peel off. I was praying the night of the accident for the Lord to let me off before August 17 because of an important dinner fellowship of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International on that night where an American speaker, Rev. Ed Silvoso, was going to speak. I was formerly the president of the women's division of the FGBMFI and I was expected to attend with my husband.

As I'm writing my testimony today, August 17, 10:00 A.M. , Philippine time, my face is as smooth as it was before the accident. All swelling is gone, I am good as new and ready to attend my important engagement tonight! Praise the Lord!
